JULY AI Labs is the software arm of the JULY Company, a real estate organization operating across realty, commercial, luxury, presales, investments, development, production, and marketing. That breadth is the working laboratory: everything the team ships is tested on live deals before it is offered to anyone outside the group.
The team is small on purpose. Engineers and designers sit close to the agents, conveyancers, and managing brokers who use the software daily, so feedback travels through a conversation, not a ticket queue. You will see the effect of your work the same week you ship it.
