Born on the brokerage floor
The JULY Company operates across real estate: realty, commercial, luxury, presales, investments, development, production, and marketing. Running that many businesses exposes you to every gap in the industry’s software, one late night at a time. JULY AI Labs is the group’s answer: a dedicated software arm that builds AI products on top of real operations, with the people doing the work sitting closest to the people writing the code.
Broker AI Pro, the first product, is live today powering the JULY member portal. The rest of the suite is being built the same way, product by product, and offered outward to brokerages and teams that want software built by people who actually do this for a living.
We are our own toughest customer
Every JULY AI Labs product is used inside the JULY Company before it reaches anyone else. That is the whole quality system, and it is ruthless. If a feature cannot survive daily use inside a working brokerage, it does not get a slide, a landing page, or a launch.
