Our mission is to build the software a serious brokerage actually needs, and to prove it works before we ever ask you to trust it.
Why this mission
Most real estate software is built by people who have never run a brokerage. JULY AI Labs was built around the opposite belief: that the best real estate software comes from a team sitting inside a real operation, watching what actually breaks, and fixing it for their own colleagues first.
What we measure ourselves against
We judge a successful product not by feature count but by whether it gives back real hours to the person using it, whether an agent trusts it with a live deal, and whether a managing broker would recommend it to a friend running their own brokerage.
Serving the whole operation
The mission spans every role in a brokerage: the agent chasing a closing, the conveyancer tracking conditions, the marketing coordinator drafting a listing post. Every product in the suite exists because someone in one of those seats needed it first.
